BLUE COLLAR COACHING

We use the term, “Blue Collar Coaching” because we are straightforward and committed to make coaching available to persons for all socio-economic, cultural, racial and educational walks of life. We listen with an open heart, provide you with authentic feedback, and hold you in space of respect and high expectations. At the end of the day, we won't clock out until we have helped you connect to your own strengths and to external resources that will benefit you the most. Our coaching is available to persons from all socioeconomic, cultural, racial, and educational walks of life.

At Insight LifeCoach Partnership™, we understand that those who are passionate about their vision ... AND who make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others ... do so by asking three basic questions and then providing the answers through seven key domains:

Those three questions:

1.  “What is REALLY holding me back?”
2.  “What do I REALLY want?”
3.  “How do I get it?”

And the seven domains:

1.  Insight
2.  Awareness
3.  Accountability
4.  Openness to Possibilities
5.  Vision
6.  Committed Action
7.  Practice

The Seven Domains

We believe that most people who report more full and purposeful lives, satisfaction and joy, greater tolerance of risk and uncertainty, positive energy, "lightness of being," and who report more alignment with vision and passion, embrace the seven domains in the following manner:

1. Insight: They understand what they really want. Not what they think they should want. Not what others tell them what they should want.

2. Awareness: They have REAL awareness and acceptance of their fears. And they don’t fall victim to their fears. They don't avoid them either. And they don’t use their fears to make excuses, blame or shame themselves OR others. They understand how how fears can actually be used as feedback to move forward NOT to hold them back.

3. Accountability: They are responsible and accountable for their actions and results. They understand how their “presence of being” impacts others around them. When they start feeling sorry for themselves or seeing themselves as victims, they will “shift” away from thoughts and statements that start of with (or some variation of): “If only …,” “Because of …,” “Yeah, but …,"  "I should have ... "

4. Possibilities: When things ARE NOT going their way, they always see the possibilities. When things are going their way, they are always looking for more possibilities.

5. Vision: Their vision is combines their TRUE passion with goals, objectives, and intention to benefit one or many.

6. Committed Action: They are committed to action that is aligned with their vision. For example, "My passion is computers. My vision is to create the most efficient operating system that can benefit all users. Therefore, I am committed to actions aligned with my vision."

7. Practice: They know that constant practice of ways of "being"  keeps their actions in alignment with their vision.

STARTING FROM WHERE YOU ARE AT

Each person enters into coaching at different points of strength or awareness – some may have INSIGHT but may lack the AWARENESS of how they individually impact those around them. Some may be OPEN to possibilities, but may not have clear enough VISION to explore those possibilities. Others may have clear vision, but are not engaged enough in a plan of consistent and committed ACTION. Some may need PRACTICE above anything else.

In order to help you create and sustain the results that you are aligned with your passion and vision, we start where you are at – BECAUSE THE RESULTS YOU WANT ARE WITHIN YOU!
