Nicole Gruendl is a unique coach driven by compassion, high energy, kindness, and a purposeful drive to help single parents find their voice.

And Nicole believes that when a parent is able to find her or his voice – it inevitably builds stronger family foundations and deeper connections between parents and children. Nicole’s diverse background helps her connect to and empathize with people from a variety of cultural and socio-economic communities. Before she focused on life coaching, she owned her own businesses (a construction company and a restaurant), she has been a veterinary professional, she exported products overseas, and she worked for the United States Marine Corp as well.

As a certified coach, Nicole has coached parents in a variety of venues – individual, group, community, and workshop. She has helped dozens of families, through the coaching of parents, experience breakthroughs and exist in a more connected and authentic manner. Her latest focus is using virtual social networks as a strategic tool in building strong coaching communities. She is also part of an international network of coaches in Canada and United States that focuses on bringing the coaching experience to a wide range of socio-economic, cultural, and professional communities.

Nicole speaks fluent French and is a single mother herself. She has a son, two dogs and a cat. Nicole was educated in Canada and comes from a large family in rural Ontario. Nicole is an expert public presenter and a consummate leader – playing an active role with a variety of business and social groups. Her aptitudes include internet marketing and social community building, business operations and entrepreneurship. Nicole is also an athlete and photographer.
