With degrees in math and physics from the University of Texas, a knack for financial and investment strategy, and a love for technology, Russell Cox has brought cyberspace into coaching.

"I built my first internet community in 1997 and provided seven years of weekly market commentary and model mutual fund portfolios," he says. “Since 2005, I have been focused on entrepreneurial training and coaching. Today, I have merged the internet community and the coaching group to create vibrant, Web 2.0 coaching communities."

Traditional coaching communities have interfaced person-to-person and via conference calls. Russell uses social networking so that coaching groups have the ability to connect with each other, experience learning seminars, get up to date information and coaching tips, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to one-on-one coaching Russell is facilitating three different cyberspace communities.

Prior to becoming a coach, Russell created a computer start up in Silicon Valley. He became a capital strategist and created “The Select Investor,” a financial newsletter specializing in market information and mutual fund portfolios. He then created IBI Global and then began coaching entrepreneurs and angel investors.

Thanks to his experiences as an entrepreneur, his outside studies and his wide-ranging vision, Russell now helps his clients understand the big picture as well as details – so that they can move forward.  As a business coach, he combines proven teaching techniques, coaching, and exceptional team management skills to help entrepreneurs determine the viability of their dreams and how to turn them into profitable business projects.
